Dia De Los Robotos!

I got a laugh out of this geeky 50s robot take on a Day of the Dead type skull, done by Step at 46 and 2 in Fargo, ND. See also Day of the Dead tattoos, Sugar Skull tattoos, and Dia De Los Muertos tattoos (I’m loving the new keyword galleries) for lots more in this style.

    Ahhh, this is lovely. It’s so nice to see such a great mixture of ideas/cultures etc in one tattoo :) The fact that it only has a few colours is great too.

    I have a new picture coming soon. I had it colored in since this photo was taken.

    I had in mind the effect religion and technology have had society regardless of the cultural perspective. This was a whimsical way to express this and 50s-Style robots are freakin’ cool!
