Mike Moore at Eternal Tattoos of Clawson, MI recently did this funny piercing project; a set of four pierced-in-place garter straps! Click through for a couple less gratuitous photos of it.

    Now that I think about it more, this might actually work permanently with the correct surface bar (tygon maybe?) and some custom clips on the garters. Healing would be a pain depending on the placement of the piercing in relation to the waistband rubbing, but once healed I think it might just work.
