    suspending is one thing… pulling your own body up by hooks through the skin of your kneed by sheer force of will and endorphins is another.

    Great video! Albeit I have to admit that I prefer the original (see his page or here on Youtube), which is a lot more intense because of the ’soundtrack’: you can hear him breathing and working against gravity and the pain at the beginning…
