Here’s a picture of UREA from Urea Body Piercing in Joao Pessoa, PB, Brazil stretching his labret from 18mm to 20mm (a bit over 3/4″).

    i can say this from experience with my last streach…. HES GONNA FUCKIN HATE THAT! once the swelling sets in and his lip dries and cracks, hes gonna be hating life. especially cuz his gums and teeth will be really tender too on TOP of the piercing itself. ive been sitting on 19mm for a while now and still wouldnt dare pushing my lip 2mm in 1 streach…. anyways, hope him the best of luck and that he doesnt temporarly have to retire his lip.

    from the look of the lip without the plug (in his lip stretching gallery) he should concider to temporarily downsize it. then again i dont know how the current state of his lip is, cause that was a while back.
