I’m pretty sure they pointed out the verse to show the irony of that tattoo, pointing out why they have that verse in the first place. they werent saying you shouldnt get tattoos, they were simply pointing out irony, give um a break guys.

yeahh i got one 3 days ago that said love. and all you can see is the LO…probly didnt have a good tattoo artist but nobody else would do it. it didnt hurt too bad either
me and bri really want to get our inner-lip done but we are “under-age” but we found someone to do it. We are still not sure.. fuck.
I just got mine done last night, I love it! It was swollen for maybe an hour, and feel totally fine today. I don’t care if it fades, it souldn’t if done right, what matters is that I did it, and that it means something to me : ) THANKS KYLE
if you keep reading after that verse you’ll see where God says not to wear clothes made of two different materials, and not to trim your beard.
Only 2 people besides me can see the tat that says “Lev. 19:28″ above and it doesn’t appear in the mosaic for the rest of you? Or the rest of you are just that dumb?
It’s supposed to be a joke. Irony. And yes, I’m guessing the artist made that as an ironic jab at the bible and the typical religious person’s tendancies to nit-pick about which verses they’ll follow and which are “just implied” (i.e. wearing poly-blend clothing).
I like tattoos (if tastefully done); I mean, art is art. I just don’t see the point in this, but maybe that’s me.
I once met a guy who had tattooed “Get Fucked” on his inner lip so that it would be seen by police and screws when he got strip searched (this guy was in jail a lot).

i want a inner lip tattoo but i read it was very painful. also i want something like “FR3$H” or along those lines. any ideas?
Lip tattoos are expensive and you never kno how its going to turn out..i have “dude” written in my inner lip and the second “D” is all inky and alot bigger than all the other letters..pretty much it looks fucked up..so if you dont care that it might not be perfect get one…im getting mine re-done tommorrow.
how much exactly did your lip tattoo cost? mine wasn’t all that expensive.. i’m just being curious=)
i just got my lip tattooed on last saturday and already the color is pretty much completely gone. i got the word love with a peace sign for the o and you can probably only see part of the v and the e now. its shitty that this is only the third day of me having it but im getting it redone for sure
yea i got my inner lip tattooed yesterday and its basically all gone it says “LIVE” and the v is the only thing left touch ups are required to keep the tattoo from disappearing
im getting my sons birth date on my lip… just as soon as he pops out :)
